While Redan Connect focuses on pre-secured access, we understand that members occasionally have specific requests that fall outside our planned offerings. Custom Requests are available for these unique situations, though they require additional coordination with our team and involve a longer process. These bespoke requests are more complex by nature and success cannot be guaranteed, but our commitment to our members means we’ll exhaust every avenue to broker access on your behalf and make the exceptional happen.

You can submit a Custom Request in our app by selecting the "Tee Times" or "Tailored Golf Travel" tiles within the Redan Connect tab. Once you select your location, date, number of players, and preferred course(s) for your reservation, our team will begin working on your request. They will be in touch to secure additional information so they can move forward with processing your inquiry.

Alternatively, you can select the "Inquire with Redan Connect" button on the 'Contact' page, which is listed in the member profile tab. Kindly answer the prompted questions, and a member of our concierge team will reach out to continue assisting with your request.

Once our team has all the necessary details, we will begin working on your request and confirm your booking as soon as possible.
