Redan Tee Time Reservation Policy
At Redan, we pride ourselves on providing our members with exclusive access to exceptional golf courses. Given the unique nature of securing tee times at these premier venues, we have established the following policy to ensure a seamless booking process and fairness for all members.

Tee Time Requests
Redan Connect facilitates all tee time reservations on behalf of our members. To request a tee time (“Custom Request”), members must provide:

• The preferred date and time range.
• The name of the desired course.
• The number of players in the group (up to the maximum allowed).

Once submitted, Redan Connect will review the Custom Request and gather the necessary information to initiate and secure the tee time. If the requested tee time is available, Redan will secure it immediately to ensure the opportunity is not lost. A confirmation (“Confirmed Tee Time”) will then be sent to you via the app or your registered contact information.

Nonrefundable Policy for Confirmed Tee Times
Due to the dynamic and often time-sensitive nature of tee time availability, all Confirmed Tee Times are nonrefundable. Members are encouraged to review all details carefully before submitting their request. This policy allows us to maintain exclusive access to courses while respecting the commitments of our partner venues.

No-Show Policy
Members are expected to honor their Confirmed Tee Times by arriving promptly. The following policies apply:

• Failure to check in with the Course host within 15 minutes of the reserved tee time will be considered a No-Show.
• No-Shows result in the forfeiture of the full reservation fee.
• Repeated No-Shows may affect your ability to submit future requests and are subject to review by Redan.

Additional Policies

Weather Policy
Decisions regarding play cancellations due to weather are at the sole discretion of the Course. If the Course is open for play and you choose not to play, you will still be responsible for the full reservation fee. Members should contact Redan Connect for updates regarding weather-related questions. At no time should members contact the Course directly.

Member Conduct and Course Policies
To ensure the enjoyment of all members and the preservation of our valued partnerships, the following policies apply to all Confirmed Tee Times:

Dress Code

• Proper golf attire is required at all times on the course, practice areas, and clubhouse.
• Members must wear collared golf shirts (tucked in) and tailored shorts or pants. No jeans, cargo pants, or athletic shorts are permitted. Non-metal spikes are required. Hats must be worn forward at all times.

Pace of Play

• Members and guests are expected to complete their round in around 4 hours or as close to this as possible.
• Be ready to play at all times, pick up if out of the hole, and putt continuously when appropriate.
• Follow all cart path and directional signage to preserve course conditions.
• Courses reserve the right to pair groups smaller than four players.

No Photos, Videos, or Social Media

• Photography, videography, and social media posts are strictly prohibited during your visit to maintain the privacy and exclusivity of Redan’s partnerships.

Privacy and Communication

• Members must not contact the Course directly for tee time availability, cancellations, or adjustments. All communications should be managed through Redan Connect.
• Relationships with private golf facilities are strictly confidential. Any breach of privacy or data may result in suspension or termination of membership.
