We are able to accommodate modifications to your order provided it has not yet been shipped from our fulfillment center. Once the order has been processed and dispatched, we are unable to make any changes.

In the event that your order has already been shipped, you may need to consider returning the item upon receipt and placing a new order with the desired changes.
